Threshold US land is built one state at a time from public county and state property records. Florida is first (one statewide file, and the second largest new-build market in the country), Colorado is next, and the highest-potential states follow: North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, South Carolina and Tennessee, ranked by 2025-26 residential building permits and population growth. Pick your state to see the plan and reserve founding access.

Coverage is limited to states that publish sale prices. That excludes the non-disclosure states, so Texas and Idaho are not listed even though they rank high nationally: their sale prices are legally withheld from public record, so no open-data tool can cover them.
